This single piece casting breaks down into 10 individual terrain pieces of various sizes. Cast as a single piece for simplicity, each sandbag set nees a bit of cleaning up and sanding or can simply be incorporated into a scratch built scenic base.
Each pile of sandbags is different and the three largest ones are modelled with tarpaulin over them. The detail is superb, some are modelled with bullet holes or tears and the texture makes them very easy to paint. Obviously, the options are endless - small entrenchments or massed defences can be modelled for any tabletop game in the 25-30mm scale range.
Positive:These models are clevery made as a single casting that can be broken down however the use desires. There are no moulding defects or air bubbles and no cleaning up is required.
Negative: the only negative is the smelly resin :¬/
Value: excellent value for money, coming in at £0.50 for each sandbag pile! Summed up in two words : absolutely fantastic.
