Every now & then miniatures are made that you just have to own & paint.
Mark Copplestone's superb Neo Soviets came into that category for me. At the time I was being influence by various people, Tom Weiss & Dave Imrie being the chief culprits, into doing some near future stuff.
I painted them in a mix of plain & cammo tops as befits an army on campaign.The basing was inspired by Tom Weiss & indeed he supplied the colour combinations used ( Thanks Tom!)
These brave souls are yet to see action on the table top & I have made the heart breaking decision to put them on E-bay in order to fund new lead purchases.
