Paul Darnell runs the Touching History
website, a popular wargaming portal crammed full of images and articles.
Originally, the site was established as a means for Paul to show off his
work, including his impressive collection of bespoke scenery and buildings.
In recent times, however, Paul has sets out on a new quest as he attempts
to launch his own Wargaming E-Magazine. Under normal circumstances this
would seem like a mountainous task in anyone's book. Thankfully Paul's experience,
enthusiasm and undoubted modelling talents will provide the project with
very sturdy foundations.
Paul explains his plan in his own words...
It is my hope to launch a Subscription Wargames Magazine later
in the year. The content will cover all wargames periods and shall be
accompanied by some of the best wargames pictures and terrain layouts
within the hobby.
I can not as yet put an exact date on the launch, but we are talking
around April, it's just that currently I am working on two very big model
commissions and want to clear the decks before I start the magazine.
Anyone who thinks they may have an article or some good quality wargames
figures that we could set up a photo shoot for, or just simply have anything
that you think may be of use for the magazine, please get in touch.
I shall post a message on the Homepage when it is to be launched. In the
meantime thanks for your interest and keep the faith.

Paul has also spent some time giving his site a new look. He hopes this
will make it more user friendly. There are certainly loads of pictures and
interesting features to look at as well as details of the commissions Paul
