Victoria Scale Modellers
We are an IPMS Canada affiliated club which consists of a group of
men, women and children who enjoy building scale models. We have a
wide range of individuals who build anything related to modeling.
 We
are located in the beautiful city of Victoria British Columbia. Victoria
is world renowned for it flowers and beauty. Situated on the southern
tip of Vancouver Island we have a wonderful climate, with average
temperatures ranging from +3C during the winter to +20C during the
summer. Compare that to the rest of Canada where temperatures range
from the extreme cold (-50C) to the very warm (+45C)
We meet every second Monday of each month in the CNIB building on
Richman RD. Our membership fee is $20 per year for an adult, $10 per
year for children (under 15 yrs old).
Our club talents include everyone from the very beginner to the
very advanced. Some of our members win gold wherever they go. However,
whether we win Gold or not, our focus is to have fun and enjoy the
hobby.
The type of models you will see at individual meeting will range from
everything from the usual Aircraft, Automobiles, Ships, Armour, Figures
to the very unique of each of the above.
