Frothers Unite!
So what do us frothers have for you here? Well our aim is to pool
our knowledge of frothing with the knowledge of the many great frothers
out there to produce a resource that will enhance the quality of all
our gaming experiences.
In our frothzones we ask our resident "experts" to give
us the (somewhat dubious) benefit of their knowledge and experience
in an aspect of the frothing world. Make sure you don't miss their
contributions to the frother revolution. There are currently 6 frothzones.
Colonel Marbles Miniature Masterworks brings you the Monthly Masterworks,
a handy compilation of all the new miniatures released in any given
month, and the now legendary Army Showcases, which list all the available
miniature sources for the various Fantasy Armies. And of course there
is news from various corners of miniland to keep you up to date.
The White Knight's Miniature Castle brings you convenient size comparisons,
ordered by subject, ideas for conversions and exclusive miniature
reviews, as well as general frothings on several aspects of the hobby.
UnclEvl's Lab is filled with the results of said uncl's meddling,
tinkering, expanding and generally improving of rulesystems, with
the occasional original creation from this mad scientist.
Doc's Doomtown surgery pays tribute to this 'best CCG ever', with
suggestions for decks and general understanding of what those ol'timers
at the bar are talking about.
Colonel M's Battle Site is a homage to all those classic non-pc British
Comic books only the truly old fans remember. Needless to say the
Battle comic fills a prominent space.
Dead Deputy's Crypt centers around the RPG side of things with special
attention to the "World of Darkness", relating to the
Vampire:TES cardgames.
Of
course, there's more to the site than just the frothzones. In our
reviews section we take a look at those games we thought you should
know about, but which may have passed you by- glossy covers and colour
plates does not a good game make, so we'll be bringing you the lowdown
on the games we think you could be enjoying. And let's not forget
the Fantasy Warriors section of the site, dedicated to froth club's
fetish wargame (that should be pet wargame - ed.).
We want to bring you information on all aspects of the gaming world,
but most of us also have to exist in the real world so its
not all in place yet! Luckily our frothforums will take care of
all your frothing needs until the rest of the website catches up
with them.
And let us not forget the vast army of frothers already out there...
it would be foolish for us to try and reproduce their efforts, so
we make it our policy to point you at the most excellent and interesting
other sites in our Links section.
Frothers of the world- unite! You have nothing to lose but that
little spare time you have, plus any credibility you had with your
peer group and (especially) your partner.
