One Step Further
I hail from a little town called Avesta; two hours drive from Stockholm
city in Sweden. I work as a line operator for operations in the steel
industry. Í'm 34 years of age with strong interest in modelling
as well as building homebuilt stabilizers for digital video camera
equipment. I have been interested in modelling since the age of 12.
My interest was rekindled while browsing the Internet, I came across
a gallery of beautiful military models that completely saturated my
taste buds for modelling once again. I liked the realism that these
models displayed which inspired me to build something of the same
quality. I am strictly for modern armor vehicles and based objects
such as radars, mast etc. I like the old stuff too but there are too
many and everyone seems to be modellingWW I & II stuff. I decided
to model only things that are unavailable or which are seldom seen
or modelled.
 I
like to kitbash/scratchbuild my models and thus use only kits that
conform to the finish products. Most of the odd models on my site
were made using more or less the same kits from Italeri and Academy.
There are some great resin models out there but for the price, I
rather kitbash/scratchbuild mine using cheaper kits.
I created the site for a pure and simple reason - as a showcase.
I wanted to share my models with all those modern enthusiast out
there and hopefully get some feedback from others alike. The site
is made simple. You will find links to other modellers, stand alone
model gallery, diorama gallery and tips that I have added for additional
interest. The tips section is comprise of the best tips I found
to be very useful to other modellers. I'm working on adding an additional
link to sites that show only modern armor. So watch out for that.
I've also put a link to the projects I will be working on for preperation
to what's to come.'
