Jeff Valent Studios will be closed from Wednesday, December 21 until Monday, January 2nd.
During this time we will be moving into our new production facilities. Our new production facility is twice as large as our current facility. As of right now our offices are in a separate location from the production location. With the move into the new building all facets of our business; production, administration, warehousing, sculpting and order fulfillment will be in one centralized location. This will greatly enhance our ability to serve our customers.
To that end starting January 2nd it will be our continuing policy to offer guaranteed order processing and shipping of all retail orders from our website within 24 hours of receipt or your shipping charge will be refunded. It will be our goal to have all orders received before 2:00pm on any business day processed and shipped that same day and any orders received after 2:00pm will be shipped the following day. The exceptions will be Saturday and Sunday and any time we are closed for vacations and the like. Any orders received on Friday’s will carry over till Monday’s. A detailed policy will be posted on our website. All orders placed via the website have an email confirmation sent to the purchaser when they are placed and a shipping confirmation email sent when the order is processed and shipped.
Until we close on the 21st of December all domestic orders placed will be shipped in time for pre-Christmas delivery. Any overseas orders placed up until our closing should be in by the 15th if you want them in time for Christmas.
As a reminder we are still running our December Specials. We will offer our 24 hour shipping guarantee or shipping fee refund on these specials only from today up until we close on the 21st.

These specials can be found on our website under the “Sales and Specials” category in our Online Store. With the exception of the T-Rex Special, these specials will run for the month of December.
It is our goal to make marked improvement in our customer service and to provide the type of order fulfillment that internet purchasers have become accustomed to. With the move into our new building we will have the ability to do this.
