Pulp Figures
Pulp Figures is a web-based miniature company devoted to 28mm, Foundry/Old
Glory compatable, early 20th century adventure miniatures. As the
name would suggest the primary inspiration is drawn from the Pulp
magazines of the 20's and 30's, the stories of Doc Savage, Fu Manchu,
Tarzan and others.
Pulp Figures are sculpted by Bob Murch and can be considered a continuation of his Gama Award winning‘Call of Cthulhu' range for Chaoseum and RAFM. Unlike the Cthulhu figs though, the subject matter is now generalized to all early 20th century imaginative film and fiction and is also oriented towards table-top gaming. Everything under the Pulp Figures banner will be character driven with fun and personality a top priority.
There is a strong historical streak running through the line also. The main arena for the initial range is the far-east, China and South-East Asia.
