My name is Luigi and I am 34 years old. I was born in Italy and have been
living in New York since 1988. I enjoy art in various forms. I like to draw
and have always been interested in building miniatures of many models
ranging from auto race formula 1 cars to buildings and sci-fi props and only
recently I seriously started dedicating more time to this hobby.
I am a long time sci-fi fan, especially of movies like Star Wars, Alien, The
time machine, Forbidden planet and many more. I was always intrigued by the
beauty and elegance of the time machine ever since I saw the movie in the
70s. I like the challenge and I decided to build models with my own designs
and materials instead of the usual box kits. I enjoy making my models in
various sizes as stand alones or accompanied by different background sets
that depict the moment from the movie from which it derives. Another
interest of mine, as mentioned earlier, is drawing . I draw all my own
background sets as well as scenes from movies.
